Lovely hotel with friendly staff, upgraded room, free bikes, and help with organizing excursions. Beautiful views of the Mekong. Great breakfast and plenty of nearby restaurants.

Enjoyed the stunning riverside view from the balcony and the staff was very helpful in organizing my transportation to the nearby attractions. Location was convenient with several dining options within walking distance.
The noise level was high due to the hard surfaces in rooms and corridors which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. , there was no restaurant on-site which meant having to go out for every meal.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel near the river. The views from my room's balcony were stunning and it was so peaceful to sit out there with a drink. The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The basic amenities in the room were sufficient and the bed was comfortable. Plus, the breakfast provided enough to keep me going for the day.
All was great, no complaints.

We loved our stay at this hotel on the river. The views were stunning, and the location was perfect for our needs. The hotel was situated in a beautiful location with nice views. There were plenty of restaurants within walking distance which made it very convenient to find places to eat. the rooms were quite comfortable and clean.
The hotel was a bit far from the city center and it posed some inconvenience to get there. the doors had a poor locker mechanism that did not seem very secure, which made us feel a bit uncomfortable.
